Renee Parenteau, celebrity photographer and makeup artist, works with celebrities and brings out the celebrity in her clients photos. 

With a studio in Historic Springfield, Renee’s clients are in business, entertainment, advertising and professional sports. Renee has also traveled the world as a professional makeup artist, working with celebrities including Kenny Chesney, Denzel Washington, Selena Gomez, Trisha Yearwood, Ryan Lochte, Chelsea Handler, Sergio Garcia, Dion Sanders and Roberta Flack.

Her work has graced the covers of publications like People Magazine, Runner’s World and The New York Times Magazine, and her corporate clients have included Boeing, Microsoft, Levi’s, T-Mobile, Nike and Univision. Her impressive roster of clients includes Jacksonville’s current and former mayors, corporate and nonprofit leaders. And her corporate clients have included Rayonier, Swisher, UF Health, Leadership Jacksonville and CSX, among many others.

Educated at the University of Washington and EFTI (Escuela de Fotografía Centro de Imagen) in Madrid, Renee is fluent in Spanish and French as well as English. An active community volunteer, she serves on the board of directors of Global Jax and the Rotary Club of Jacksonville and is a member of JAX Chamber, Sister Cities of Jacksonville and World Affairs Council.

Her professional accomplishments and extensive community service have earned her recognition as a 2014 Jacksonville Business Journal Woman of Influence, JAX Chamber Downtown Council’s 2016 Small Business Leader of the Year, as well as a member of Leadership Jax Class of 2022.
