About Jen Papageorge

Jennifer was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and loves her Cowboys and country music.  Jennifer graduated from the University of North Texas majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Dance.  About 1 year ago, she decided to follow her dream of living at the beach…so with planning and support from her friends and family, she moved to Jacksonville Beach in March 2021.  Jennifer did not come alone though, she brought her dog Tucker, who loves his new backyard and the beach. 

Speaking of the University of North Texas, Jennifer’s daughter Katelin just graduated this May making mom proud and making them both now UNT Alumni.  

Jennifer is a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker Vanguard in the Ponte Vedra office.  She enjoys the personal interactions with clients and her office peers, showing off Jacksonville’s beautiful beaches and housing.  She has so much energy – Jennifer is also employed full time with Landstar in the busy position of Bid Analyst.  

To unwind and take in the local culture, Jennifer enjoys bike rides on the beach, listening to live music, visiting local restaurants, following the local Arts, participating in local events like the Beaches Open Parade.  This summer Jennifer is determined to learn how to surf!
